This represents a total of 708,762 acres of land for sale in the state (accounting for about one percent of land in the state). Of the 36 counties in the state, Klamath County had the most land and rural real estate for sale. The most expensive property listed for sale in Oregon on Lands of America recently was $55 million, while the average price of land and rural property for sale in Oregon was $1 million. There were 2,442 acres of sold land in Oregon recorded in October 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a 24 percent increase in sales activity over the previous month.
